Breve: El exretador mundial Craig Richards no participará en la velada de Matchroom/DAZN del sábado

La compañía Matchroom Boxing ha confirmado oficialmente que el exretador mundial del peso semipesado Craig “Spider” Richards no podrá disputar su programado combate para el sábado ante el letón Ricards Bolotniks. El motivo detrás de ello es que Richards está enfermo y no está en condiciones de afrontar la pugna, que iba a ser parte del respaldo principal emitido por DAZN del evento Dillian Whyte vs. Jermaine Franklin. En el tweet de la cuenta oficial de Matchroom Boxing que encontraréis más abajo se dice en inglés lo siguiente:

“Una enfermedad ha sacado a Craig Richards de su combate del sábado con Ricards Bolotniks en el respaldo de Whyte-Franklin. Le deseamos a Craig una pronta recuperación de cara a un gran 2023”.

Matchroom Boxing has officially confirmed that former world light heavyweight title challenger Craig «Spider» Richards will not be able to fight in his scheduled bout against Latvian Ricards Bolotniks. The reason behind this is that Richards is ill and in no condition to face the fight, which was going to be part of the main card aired by DAZN of the Dillian Whyte vs. Jermaine Franklin event.
