Declaraciones de José Carlos Ramírez, Commey, Seniesa Estrada y Tina Rupprecht respecto a sus duelos del 25 de marzo

De cara a la velada de Top Rank que ESPN emitirá el día 25 de marzo desde el Save Mart Center en Fresno, Estados Unidos, los cuatro principales protagonistas ofrecieron declaraciones que se adjuntaron a la nota de prensa de confirmación del evento.
En primer lugar estuvieron las palabras del ídolo californiano José Carlos Ramírez, boxeador que llena arenas en su estado y que volverá a recibir un gran apoyo de sus seguidores para una pelea en la que pretende dar un golpe en la mesa para contestar a las críticas recibidas:
“Fresno y el Save Mart Center tienen un lugar especial en mi corazón, y me siento bendecido por poder pelear delante de mis fans del Central Valley una vez más. Richard Commey es un boxeador de campeonato con todo que ganar. Espero la mejor versión de Commey el 25 de marzo. Mi meta es convertirme en campeón de nuevo, y estoy más motivado que nunca para demostrar que soy el mejor peso superligero del mundo”.
Por su parte, Commey se centró en expresar su agradecimiento y su intención de estar a la altura:
“Quiero darle las gracias a mi equipo por ponerme en el camino para culminar mi sueño de convertirme en campeón mundial en dos divisiones. También quiero darle las gracias a Bob Arum y Top Rank por una vez más mostrar fe en mí permitiéndome encabezar un evento contra un oponente formidable como José Ramírez. Estoy preparado para este reto, y tengo la intención de enorgullecer a mis fans de Ghana y de alrededor el mundo”.
En cuanto al combate de semifondo, unificación WBA-WBC del peso mínimo, la monarca Estrada hizo un reproche a la titular unificada Yokasta Valle, a la que acusa de rechazar combatir contra ella:
“Quiero darle crédito a Tina por ser una campeona mundial que no está asustada de una pelea de unificación, a diferencia de Yokasta Valle. Dado que no pudimos subir a Yokasta al ring, decidimos hacer una pelea mejor y pelear con la mujer que la derrotó. Los fans de Fresno son apasionados y les espera un gran espectáculo”.
Finalmente, Tina Rupprecht mostró su confianza y motivación para vencer y ofrecer una gran pugna:
“Pelear en América contra otra campeona mundial en una unificación de títulos mundiales es un sueño hecho realidad para mí. Seniesa es considerada una de las mejores peleadoras del deporte y estoy deseando ver quién es la verdadera número 1 en la división. Esta será una pelea candidata a mejor del año y otra noche enorme para el boxeo femenino. Saldré victoriosa y volveré a Alemania con dos cinturones mundiales”.

The four boxers that will participate in the main bouts of the Top Rank evening that ESPN will broadcast on March 25 from the Save Mart Center in Fresno, United States, offered quotes that, as always, were attached to the official press release confirming the event.
In first place were the words of the Californian idol José Carlos Ramírez, a boxer who fills arenas in his state and who will once again receive great support from his followers for a fight in which he intends to make a statement to answer the criticism received:
“Fresno and the Save Mart Center hold a special place in my heart, and I am blessed to be able fight in front of my Central Valley fans once again. Richard Commey is a championship fighter with everything to gain. I expect the best version of Commey on March 25. My goal is to become champion again, and I am more motivated than ever to prove that I am the best junior welterweight in the world.”
For his part, Commey focused on expressing his gratitude:
“I want to thank my team for putting me on the path to fulfilling my dream of becoming a two-weight world champion. I also want to thank Bob Arum and Top Rank for once again showing faith in me by allowing me to headline against a formidable opponent in Jose Ramirez. I’m up for the challenge, and I intend to make Ghana and all my fans around the world proud.”
As for the co-feature bout, a WBA-WBC unification of the female minimumweight division, the monarch Estrada had words for the unified titleholder Yokasta Valle, whom she accuses of refusing to fight her:
“I want to give Tina credit for being a world champion who isn’t afraid of a unification fight, unlike Yokasta Valle. Since we couldn’t get Yokasta into the ring, we decided to do one better and fight the woman who beat her. The Fresno fans are passionate, and they are in for a great show.”
Finally, Tina Rupprecht showed her confidence and motivation to win and offer a great fight:
“To fight in America against a fellow world champion in a world title unification is a dream come true for me. Seniesa is considered one of the sport’s best fighters, and I look forward to seeing who is the true number one in the division. This will be a Fight of the Year candidate and another huge night for female boxing. I’m going to be victorious and return to Germany with two world title belts.”
