En unas horas, el Hard Rock Hotel & Casino de Tulsa, Estados Unidos, presenciará un combate decisivo para las trayectorias de los extitulares mundiales José Pedraza y Richard Commey, que se enfrentarán en el peso superligero [63,5 kg o 140 lb] en el encuentro estelar de una velada de Top Rank. Para este combate, Pedraza detuvo la báscula en 63,4 kg (139,8 lb), mientras que Commey fue más ligero con 63,0 kg (138,8 lb).
El semifondo de esta velada y el choque que iniciará la cartelera principal serán ambos combates del peso pesado [+90,7 kg o +200 lb]. En el que precederá al Pedraza-Commey, Jared Anderson, que pesó 109,5 kg (241,4 lb), se enfrentará a Miljan Rovcanin, que marcó 104,6 kg (230,6 lb). En el otro, Richard Torrez, que paró la romana en 102,2 kg (225,4 lb), pugnará contra Marco Antonio Cañedo, que dio 97,9 kg (215,8 lb).
Tras los cambios introducidos, la retransmisión de estos tres combates en Estados Unidos se hará a través de ESPN, ESPN+ y ESPN Deportes a partir de las 22:30 ET/19:30 PT (las 4:30 en hora española), mientras que el respaldo inicial lo emitirá ESPN+ desde las 19:00 ET/16:00 PT, la 1:00 en hora de España.
