If someone thought it was too much information to process the announcement of four fight nights of Matchroom Boxing, the situation is even more complicated regarding the confirmation that Showtime and Premier Boxing Champions has made this same Tuesday: this alliance has announced 9 evenings that will form what they have called their spring/summer schedule. Some of the announced duels had already been leaked, but others have not, and in any case the definitive confirmation serves well as a reminder of what is to come.

The first of the events will take place on March 26, as reported in Bastion Boxing, headlined by the super welterweight eliminator Tim Tszyu vs. Terrell Gausha. In the support, lightweight Michel Rivera will fight against the also undefeated Joseph Adorno and super lightweight Elvis Rodríguez will face Juan José Velasco.

The next card will be on April 9 and will feature another super welterweight eliminator as the main clash, in this case between Erickson Lubin and Sebastian Fundora. The two support fights will be in the same division, as former world champion Tony Harrison will take on former European titleholder Sergio Garcia and undefeated Kevin Salgado will square off with Bryant Perrella.

Just one week later, on April 16, will take place the triple unification of welterweight crowns Errol Spence Jr. vs. Yordenis Ugas. The co-feature will be the WBA welterweight eliminator between the tough boxers Radzhab Butaev and Eimantas Stanionis. Pending confirmation of other clashes that will be integrated into the main card, it is known that the super lightweight puncher Brandun Lee will face Zachary Ochoa.

The new date for the fight for the undisputed super welterweight title between Brian Castaño and Jermell Charlo will be May 14. The co-main event will be the IBF welterweight eliminator between distinguished prospect Jaron Ennis and Custio Clayton.

Past the halfway point on this schedule, on May 21 David Benavidez will fight in his WBC super middleweight eliminator against former champion David Lemieux. This fight will be accompanied by the super welterweight fight Yoelvis Gómez vs. Jorge Cota.

Again, only a week will pass until the next bill, since the Gervonta Davis vs. Rolando Romero PPV card will take place on May 28. For now, the undercard for this lightweight confrontation is pending confirmation.

After another seven days, on June 4, will be the turn for the mandatory defense of unified super bantamweight world champion Stephen Fulton Jr. against former world champion Daniel Román, while the dangerous super middleweight David Morrell will continue to be avoided by John Ryder and will face finally Kalvin Henderson.

The promoter Óscar de la Hoya and Jaime Munguía assured a few days ago that they were still in negotiations with Jermall Charlo, something that the American denied. Charlo did not say such a thing without reason, since on June 18 he will face Polish Maciej Sulecki.

Finally, concluding this boxing calendar, on July 9 the new WBC featherweight world champion Mark Magsayo will make his first defense against former super bantamweight world champion Rey Vargas.
